For this new build condominium, the objective was to sell 60 units prior to build within
a 90 day period. To move that many units in a short timeframe, N5R developed a highly
targeted approach using direct and permission-based email marketing.
Fueling this was
a contest that allowed for the capture of qualified leads via a survey and subsequent
referral directly to the sales team.
The result—370 contests entrants visited the sales
center, and 50 bought a condo during the time period.
