Is your ad agency on the level? Are they giving you the whole story? Roman Bodnarchuk, Chairman and CEO of N5R.com, would like you to give this some serious thought.
A couple of major points from this chat:
Number one is, ad agencies really don't like online media. And the reason is you can't mark it up. When you do a Google ad spend, a YouTube spend, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook spend, you're billed direct. Online companies do not let you add 15% markups.
...
The second part is the more difficult part, and this is the part they don't want you to know about. They will not tell you that for every single Google ad that you run, every Yahoo ad, every Bing, every Twitter, every LinkedIn every Craigslist every Kijiji ad, you must create a separate and distinct landing page.
And what that means is if I click on a Google ad and it's talking about investing in a particular condo project, when I click on that particular ad, when I go to the next page I'm looking for very specifically what I clicked on.

If that left you wondering whether your online marketing website is doing the best job for you, then I would recommend a free website evaluation.
