4 Sales Office Tips You Can Take Away From Disney:

Keep the office spotless

When you go in a Disney theme park the first thing you notice is that it’s spotless. They have millions of people walking through these parks and it’s hard to understand how they can still be so clean, but it’s because there’s always somebody tidying up. Your sales office needs to be absolutely spotless too. It may seem obvious, but it’s something you always have to be aware of.

Enhance the experience with music

The next thing you’ll notice at a Disney park is that you can always hear music. In the washrooms, outside, everywhere you go in the park, you’ll hear the music playing. Music creates a powerful feeling that can perfectly enhance the experience of your sales office. If you can do it, mounting an outdoor speaker is inexpensive and it sets the ambiance before the customer even walks in.

Enhance the experience with colour and life

The third thing you’ll notice at Disney parks is that they have lots of colourful flowers. There is colour everywhere. Including colour in your sales office is extremely important and helpful too. Even outside, landscaping that gives your customers a positive first impression because of well-tended flowers that add colour and life to the entrance of your office will put them in the right state of mind.

Add an enjoyable scent

The next thing is the smell. They have it down at Disney, and your sales office needs to have it down too. It should smell like heaven. Try using scented candles. It just helps put the customer in a different state of mind.

“Your sales office should be an environment your customers enjoy being in. It’s part of your brand, and it should look, sound, and smell great.
