In this video from N5R's Condo Mastery series, Roman Bodnarchuk, CEO, explains why it can be helpful to tease a little bit of information at a time. Some buyers want all the information up front, but for most, it's a better idea to keep them engaged with piecemeal updates.

At 0:11 - "There's different stages you have to take the buyer through." Why shouldn't you give the buyer everything ready? The benefits of teasing a little bit of information at a time.

At 0:41 - "You can structure your sales process where it feels like they're a part of the process and getting input..."

At 0:58 - "The earlier you are in the sales process, you're blocking them from buying anything else."

At 1:20 - "It's like the Dating Principle again, the Starbucks coffee date should only take X amount of minutes, then comes the dinner, then the dating... I believe small little pieces over time, you'll have more success over time with more people."

At 1:57 - "The majority of buyers will get on side with you, with some information."

At 2:21 - "Think about Star Wars. [Movie studios] tease you ahead of time..."

"Through our sessions, I was reminded, as you are when attending conferences or professional training seminars, hints as to how to control a conversation with a prospective buyer, with the aim of getting that important meeting. This I have used in recent days with effect. I look forward to gaining a complete understanding of the Hubspot CRM system and getting more out of our individual project databases!" - Chris McCauley, Project Consultant
